At Dash Linen, we understand the dynamic needs of your restaurant, and our linen service is designed to keep your operations smooth and your linen supply constant. Here’s how our efficient 48-hour rotation system works:

Initial Setup and Delivery:

 

Five-Par System: Initially, we provide your restaurant with three sets of linen, known as ‘pars’. This system ensures that you have ample linen to operate seamlessly.

First Delivery: We deliver three pars of linen when you start with our service. This stock allows you to operate fully equipped from day one.

Ongoing Rotation:

 

Use and Collection: As you use the linen, we schedule collections every 48 hours. This frequency ensures that dirty linen is promptly removed and replaced with 2 clean sets the 2-par left, preventing any shortage.

Delivery and Washing: After collecting the used linen, we deliver two pars of clean linen that we had in reserve. The collected dirty linen is then brought back to our facility for washing.

Preparation and Backup: While two pars are either in use at your restaurant or being washed, the third par is prepared and kept on standby in our laundry facility or in your restaurant. This extra par can be delivered on an extra day or used to replace any unexpectedly soiled or damaged linen, providing you with a cushion and ensuring continuous service.

Integration:

– Constant Movement: With this rotation, your restaurant always has fresh linen in use and in cleaning, ensuring no disruption to your service. The cycle of washing, preparing, and rotating is meticulously timed to align with your needs.
